about us
Founded amidst the turmoil of WWII, the Hayes (Kent) Lodge was established by a courageous group of Civil Defence Firewatchers in 1944. Despite the challenges of air raids and war duties, the lodge flourished, moving through various locations in Bromley before settling at the Wrotham Masonic Centre. Today, it stands as a testament to resilience and dedication, holding a proud place in West Kent’s history.
After 80 years, Hayes (Kent) Lodge boasts the highest membership in the West Kent Province, with members hailing from over 13 different countries, making it one of the most diverse lodges in the region.
